I'm not having a pop at Rule when I say that, he's doing a great job, far better than I could do with my short attention span. But seriously, he hasn't won anything. He has hardly any battles. Okay I understand quality over quantity but there are people with both who aren't in the HOF. I just personally don't get why he's in there.
