V3numb i've seen loads of them.. its more of a persons way of saying "I'd fucking kill you, but imma suggest a Perma/Ban battle so you wont accept as im scared tbh" (in most cases)
But there not allowed... Mindless has said this more than once, and he's been Admin long enough that his word is Gospel...
