and the banning of cfc's only helped lower the problem we still drive cars and do other things that send off shit that fucks the ozone up ct just cuz the gov banned cfcs dont mean we even close to fixing the ozone by any chance...look at all the weather shit going on the climates changing i know that for a fact...in feb alone in PA we had like four or five days at 60 degrees? and its been a mild ass winter with hardly any snow around here when we usually see on average throughout winter is 28 inches
