But out of the submission the top 5, is very very surprising to me. Also and who was the judge of this? One person. Their should be more judges, even if it's just all of LB's staff that's the judgement.

He isnt. In 2007 WAR TANK was banned for challenging a vote from X which single handedly changed the outcome of a tournament battle. X banned him for it and then some people, included me, put FREE WAR TANK in their sigs with funny pictures.
