Weed doesen't make you smart, and the only people who actually believe if is fickle weed enthusiasts. At most, weed can make you more focused on something, depending on the weed's effects and the smoker himself. Things like writting and playing the guitar can be enhanced by smoking weed at you get 'in the zone' from the weed, but as far as making you smarter, both short term and long term makes you much less inteligent. For example, all of the great mysical theories that people have when on shrooms as their 'mind is opened' are really just stupid thoughts inflicted from the drug, not an enlightened one.
