If your talking about Mods checking there battles, i mean if there's 2 people battling that deserve over 5's and they both agree to have it removed, then it'll be scrapped (there's only a handful that this would effect)...I know when a dope battle reaches the hotlist, Mods check the way votes are going, just to see who's winning, so if they see a horrible vote, they'll remove it without them contacting staff...
