Phillipines DOMINATE the lowest weight classes. The suck but the Phillipines DOMINATE them. Legends deserve respect and praise, but I think, hype aside, everything and everyone is improving in boxing. If the US is shallow today, to me it means they couldnt keep up with the improvements.
