and yeah.. a 30 year old might have an advantage over you physically.
but id rather be a 19 year old kid who knows how to fight then be a 30 year old with no training
just like id rather fight a 200 pound muscle head over a 170 pound trained fighter
size is pretty irrelevant once you reach a certain weight.
a 100 pound fighter prollyyyyyyyyy couldnt knock out your 200 pound muscle head.. simply cus he'd overpower you with raw strength and you just wouldnt have the manpower to handle it.. but id rather be 150 and fight a 200 pound brainless juicehead any day of the week

To put this into perspective... before i fucked my neck up .... i can remember being in the gym .. i was about ... 22/23... and this new kid came to the gym ... he was only 15 .. but had been boxing since he was like 8 or 9 .... and without a word of a lie.... he hit the heavy bag with a louder smack than anybody i ever heard in my life..... it was one of those moments where everybody stopped what they were doing and looked over in amazement.... like it was the second coming of mike tyson or some shit .... thats how hard this kid hit the bag.... i sparred him later that same day .... and once he got over being shook ... he hit me with some of those bangers... and guess what .... just felt like a normal punch .... all this kid had done at his last gym for the past 7 years was work out how to make the biggest sound he could when hitting the bag
