Iight, the Doc is here to try to heal Letsbeef, with another tourney, yes, I know forum tourneys are happening non-stop, but the Doctor prescribed it. So yeah. xD

Anyways, 16 people in this tournament, every battler has to vote on other tournament battles, and, every battler has to be active for them to be able to be enrolled into the tournament.
