C) No Jason it doesnt depend on how hard the work is.. Its a flat rate price. I dont care if you got a single car driveway, you're paying the price for the season that everyone else is paying.. plus thats where I make my money.

let's do some basic math.
365 clients on snow removal.
Okay, let's assume you guys go three and three...you spend say..ten minutes per house..good chance its' more than that, but w/e.
that's 3650 minutes raw.
divided by 60 that's about 61 hours worth of work.
split that in two that's 30 some hours of work per team. Just work right there.
Add in say, just three minutes of travel between stops and we have..
1095 minutes raw.
Which is about 18 MORE hours on the job.
which is about 39 hours of work per team. I'm seriously trying to be generous.
If you guys work ten hour days then it will take FOUR days for somebodys shit to get cleaned off.
If you work THIRTEEN hours a day that's still three days worth of work. Not including lunches, breaks, w/e.
Who's gonna pay to get their shit cleaned off three days later?? You guys would have to work like two days straight to even get this shit remotely close to marketable. Seriously.
If you guys go solo it's still like 14 hours worth of work, not including the fact it's then inefficient, because your paying for six fucking vehicles to get around.
