Pacquiao is not on anything, and is innocent until proved guilty. Mayweather is a pretty gppd boxer, but is majorly overrated. He is undefeaten but only has a couple of credible names on his record. He refueses to fight all of the biggest prospects in the division as he knows he could lose. Berto, Alvarez etc. I think light welterweights > Mayweather. Bradley, Khan etc.
