I'm gonna agree and disagree with you DOSE....I do think the U.S. has a lot more talented emcees in the mainstream....but I don't think Wayne is one the greatest anything of all time...

U.K. cares more about the music right now.....it seems like us in the U.S. care more about new dance steps and stupid ass snaps.....
