apparently da word is voters VP (VOTING POWER) is set to different levels sum voters VP can actually be zero so in a sense u can technically have 5 votes and ur opponent 3 and ur opponent can win dependin on value of each voters VP... Hope that helps and explains wuts been happening in ur battles...
