-cold treatment always works...
-get you a compression bandage, helps minimize the intra muscular bleeding or what not..
-stretch the shit out of it, and keep the damn thing mobile, the fastest way to recover is to keep it mobile..
-crutches..
-if you have the resorces, get you a soft tissue massage..
-do some straight knee and bent knee bridging.. might cramp up for a bit but thats a good sign
-once youre able to walk, run like 80-90 meter intervals at 70 percent..

i run track, so i know about this sorta shit.. also work at carey st. gym.. so yeaah.. good luck with that homie.
