As long as voters say why they voted for someone, it can NEVER be a hate/buddy vote.

A "Fair Vote" means they say why they voted for someone..I think LB has confused Fair Voting with Favorite Voting...because truth be told, I've seen vets win battles over noobs simply because of their name and title and rep. And if you say you've never seen that, then you're a joke as well..
