Despite what you may think of the artist....the ALL TIME rapper has to be Jay Z. There is no1 that can compare to 11 number 1 albums. He may have lost the beef with Nas, and he may not be as gifted as another few select artists, but this is a rapper in a world of his own. He talks to the president regularly, brings Oprah to Bed-sty, and then gets her to attempt to rap on her own show. This is the only rap icon that actually can still rap. Don't get it twisted, it's Jay. My favorite artists are different, but the facts are what they are.
