What you'll need:

1. A good computer (XP, Vista)
2. Memory on your hard drive
3. WinRar or some kind of Unzipper
4. If you're on iTunes/MSN, close it because you'll need some RAM.

Step One: Download SOPCast from http://download.cnet.com/SopCast/300...-10601520.html

Step Two: Run the setup; YOU'LL NEED TO CLOSE YOUR BROWSER

Step Three: Open it up, in the searchbar enter this

^ That's the address for the channel that'll show the bout..
