I believe there's a limit to how many users a person can block. I can't remember the exact number, but I think it's 20 or something like that. So if you already have 20 people on your ignore list, every new person you block after that will still be able to vote on your battles, read your forum comments, etc. It doesn't necessarily mean the site is glitching. You might just need to unblock some other people first so the new people can actually be blocked. I'm not saying that's what's going on here....just an observation.

With that being said, there's a reason why a limit was put in place in terms of how many people can be blocked. I hope we're ruling out the possibility that a person may have already reached their block limit before removing votes from people who are "supposed to be blocked". Otherwise, we would simply be helping people circumvent said limits.
