I believe I answered the question enough for there to be no confusion as to the implementation of the rule, seeing as how there was no follow up question from Dizz asking me to clarify further.

I literally explained how to check if your bar exceeded the character limit. After your bar is finished, copy and paste it into a character limit checker to ensure you’re not exceeding the required limit.
