Default Progress and pain

So I ended up working with a trainer but I think he's killing me.

I wanted to bulk up and he's cut my carbs out almost entirely and has me eating 1lb of hamburger meat through out the day. Either that or fish and veggies.


I've definitely put on muscle but I've felt like dog shit the last week...



Any idea why I feel like I'm fucking dying every damn day.
