Did you watch the Eminem interview fully? Eminem (the GOAT as you said) even acknowledges hip hop as black culture. It’s not about exclusion or appropriation.
But what are YOU really saying Eth? I’ll give you a point because I can’t describe white culture. I don’t experience or take part In a lot of it. I could do the predictable thing and say “metal music” or Jewish art or something but I wouldn’t know what I was talking about as far as that cause I’m just not ingrained in it even from an outsider perspective. Congrats you “got me” if that’s what you’re aiming for?

Or Anime is to Japanese people.
Or Opera is to Italian people
How is the above wrong? How does recognizing the origin of culture something belongs to wrong or hurtful to anyone?
