On another tangent. To me it kind of matters how the info was acquired. If someone had to do some next internet sleuthing to dig up some info it’s kinda eh. But if the person made it available/known then of course it’s fair game

Right. Understood. Which is why the internet is so weird. People put their personal lives on the site and expect it to be safe from a battle. there's not ALOT you can do WITHOUT using SOME sort of a personal in a battle.
I feel like as long as im not posting pictures of your dead mom as my avatar or fucking with your offline life, at least let me call her a bitch in a text battle haha.
