Yes it is weird...debating the accepted practice of non-believable gunplay is a whole other thread though.
A gun bar is still a direct attack on your opponent that has to be creative and well executed to hit. Unless battler A is responsible for his dead fill in the blank relative being dead, it’s got nothing to do with the battler and is just an attempt to play on emotions. And from experience, most people that play the dead relative card don’t have any better stuff in their verse....hence, desperate. Dead relatives, live relatives, kids, any of that shit..it’s like shooting fish in a barrel...fish that aren’t participating in the battle themselves. Now if you’re a deadbeat, a wifebeater, a grown man who mooches off his parents, etc....I’ll drag your family situation into it to diss you directly. Big difference.
