I find it weird if it's Bleu cause I don't see him decided to comeback as a relatively unknown sniper who's a basic in a crew led by 2FUEL. Also the bars are extremely weak Vs Bleu (okay in general though) but that could legit just be him farting some bollocks out.

I see Bleu was WAY too egotistical to accept that status. I'd say more like Saiyan?
