RULE's punch is talking about correcting someone on saying he's a slouch and flipping it in comparison to using a back brace by having him stand corrected on his idea of RULE being a slouch.

2FUEL/BROTHA's concept is about saying the only time someone will have straps (title belts I'm assuming due to the setup multi) around their back/waist is by using a spinal brace. It's sloppily worded, but it's a different concept.

The only thing you have to tie this in to it being a potential bite is the back brace/spinal brace idea in itself, but that idea deviates in to two different concepts entirely. If this were someone like WOLFCHAINZ who said the spinal brace bar in the tag battle, this wouldn't be up for debate as a bite whatsoever cause of how disimilar the concepts are. But since it's 2FUEL and he voted on the battle he bit it? Nah, man.
