I usually rate battles on the energy both opponents bring to the battle especially if it has some type of build up or storyline to it. If it’s just a random battle, 9/10 it’s not getting a 9 or a 10.

Kindve like boxing. I’m more of a Sell the fight and duke it out instead of a random ass battle out of nowhere with nothing behind it. Holds no interest.

I’d be more interested reading a battle with 2 forum guys beefing like Ruin vs Cerberus than a random out of nowhere battle from DaDDiO vs UNKNOWN ARTIST.
