Jokes aside, I'd say that bar quality has a somewhat higher "weight" than mic presence.
To illustrate what I mean, let's say that bar quality has a weight of 2 and mic presence has a weight of 1. Battler A has 8/10 bars and 2/10 mic presence, while Battler B has 2/10 bars and 8/10 mic presence. Battler A gets a score of (8 * 2) + (2 * 1) = 18, and Battler B gets a score of (2 * 2) + (8 * 1) = 12, so Battler A is clearly ahead.
This isn't a totally accurate demonstration of what my thought process for voting on these kinds of battles is, much less what anyone's thought process SHOULD be, but I think it conveys the idea. Both bar quality and mic presence COUNT, but bar quality counts MORE.
