INTERESTIN IDEA THO DUDE..... ONLY REAL ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS IS DIFFERENT PPL AS LEADERS HAVE DIFFERENT IDEAS ABOUT CREWS, SOME LIKE BIG CREWS SOME LIKE SMALLER CREWS SO MAKIN A CAP ON NUMBERS MIGHT ACTUALLY DETER ALOT OF PPL AWAY FROM THAT SECTION, SO I THINK A POLL SHOULD BE PUT UP IF THIS GAINS TRACTION.
