The LB awards are kind of a fun little thing but 4 a year seems tedious. It carries very little substance and really doesn't mean anything. I get that by the time we do them a lot of the year is kind of a distant ghost of a memory, but I would rather see like a quarterly recap to keep past events from stagnating. I know we had a couple heads volunteering to do like a LB magazine revival type of thing. This would be a perfect addition. A look back at summer 18 that highlights some of the major events that took place. That way when it comes time for the awards people have a resource to pull from instead of just what's happened recently.
