I already said I couldn't tell you from Just C due to lack of audio knowledge and I'm not sure freestyling in tinychat would qualify (plus if it did we'd have 40 userplane legends).

Nawk already got voted on but I gave you my reasons. He may not have even been top 20 at the time. Insanely influential but lacked wins over most of the big names at the time.
