I can contribute with one simple bar I wrote in the past. EtH actually broke this down for me and explained it perfectly. Now the bar isnt that heavy but it helps people grasp the concept of connecting a set up to the punchline. My original bar was '' like a SIX FOOTER SANDWICH ill leave him dead with ''cold cuts'' now this SICK HOOKER BANDAGED''. Your set up should connect to your rhyme words unless your scheming on a subject. EtH explained this to me and flipped my bar around and this was outcome '' Ill leave this SICK HOOKER BANDAGED dead with ''cold cuts'' like a SIX FOOTER SANDWICH''. That connects and has much more impact. Damn I cant believe that was almost 9 years ago lol. Anyways i hope this helps
