I think it should...If some1 has battled up the ranks to earn a title shot and the Champ ain't here no more then I don't think the runner up should have to battle again, if it don't go to the 2nd placer then at least put the 2nd and 3rs placer against each other...But I go with runner up should get what should be his or hers
