In my opinion, there's no way you can write a punch on the middle letter of his name, or really any letter that isn't the initial E.
If you're going to use nameplay, it has to be somthing that people will actually refer to the person by. So I could call you Ill, Illo, Kwent, but if I come out with nameplay on Okwen you'd be like "Huh, what the fuck is an Okwen?"
So for me, the J, JT or T lines don't work what so ever.
You couldn't say "If you see M with the tools it's JAMES BOND'S MECHANIC" in a battle against DeNiRO B Milk just because Milk starts with an M. No one would ever call him M, just like no one would ever call EJT T.
The E line does work, but I don't class a single initial nameplay as "good nameplay". If it's good nameplay, you can't just port it to, say myself, just because my name starts with the same initial.
