I can send you a spreadsheet with the formulas already precalculated. All you'd have to do is enter the respective battlers' current rankings and signify who won or lost and it will calculate their new rankings. ELO or Glicko (modified ELO) also considers RD (ratings deviation) which is like standard deviation in statistics. You can give everyone a provisional rating based on how you'd rank them, then their RD changes based on the number of battles they've completed. RD pretty much determines how much their ratings will swing by a win or loss. The idea is that the more battles they have had in order to reach their current rating, the more accurate the rating is considered. Just let me find the spreadsheet first and you can have a look at it.
