Nah I agree with you. Punk to be fair has a better reason than most for this. I never really started at the "bottom" for ACs. Everyone had to have something. An understanding of multis, evidence of a punchline or two. Just something to make me see that they improved themselves along the way. Later, Chloro had the same recruitment process.
Punk on the other hand, starting with Purge, began right at the bottom. He basically valued loyalty and all that shit above everything else. I'm not sure he actually had the success in developing guys that others may have had. Maybe that was due to the recruitment process or maybe how they went about it/activity, but he still rode with the same group of guys in Purge for a long time. Punk's always focused on this shit. Too bad he never amounted to anything cause he didn't stay in Chloro.
