Did Punk say he didn't want him though? From my experience, if you're looking at the development side, it hurts the crew hard when someone that's had time invested in leaves. Manny and Phe leaving ACs early was horrible for us. Luckily both eventually asked to come back, realizing the grass was greener in ACs, but it still was a huge hit that guys who had a lot put into them had left for somewhere else.

It's especially bad when people claim to be leaving for reasons that aren't true, or that they don't hold out on.
