What kind of question is that

I told you they meditate on a sefirot, 1 by 1, and there's paths and all kinds of shit involved. Then they move on to the next. It's a self improvement tool

I don't meditate on the Kabbalah nor do I apply it in my daily life.

I can read about Islam, that wouldn't make me a Muslim. You DO understand the difference right? Because READING about Islam is completely different than not eating pork and praying X times a day etc etc
