Okay....
For 1: A new rule went into effect while you were banned for biting (of course) that institutes that EVERY vote MUST BE explained to some level no matter how "clear" the winner may seem.
This rule was put into place to further push a fair and equal voting system, a need sought because of people who continuously cheat...Anarchist
