Actually they all do when they apply to your job
Theyre not going to put u on a roof if you dont have your working at heights. that applys with every certificate .. Too much can go wrong, and if something does go wrong the company atleast wants to be able to say u were trained for it
WHMIS, Working at heights are sick to have because u need them for almost any labour job u do
Idk what ur thinking ... maybe safety isnt a big thing in your 2nd world country where life is cheap , but canada takes care of its people
