And actually .. asbestos worst case scenario will only effect you after 10 years. But it can take up to 55 . The people that got it after 10 years were the people working in it every day of their lives WITHOUT the mask... just breathing it in unfiltered. Also, it was on their clothes .. so they never stopped breathjng it in
And smoking is worse tbh. That actually effects the quality of your life .. it could take 50years before u get cancer, but your gonna gradually get worse over that time period, in MANY different ways. Asbestos u only have to worry about cancer/asbestosis, and u get it almost out of the blue .. it doesnt torture u all the way to that point
