^Punk got cocky cause the site got inactive. He knows that when this site was popping he was a nobody. He was basically just a copycat of Student, which he's still doing with stuff like a Justin Bieber avatar and stuff. But now's he's trying to add in a bit of Pulse "I'm God" stuff too.
Ironic as well. He's just merging the most embarrassing parts of those characters. The guy's such an after thought on the site but has convinced himself he's the main event player.
