With Row's ban, I'll be running the Rookie of The Year tournament in December. You MUST meet the following criteria.
* Must have joined in the year 2015.(Exceptions will be made due to last year, MAYBE.)
* Must have at least 10 battles completed on this site.
* Must be deemed active by a panel of at least three moderators, myself included.
