Rican vs ROSCO is the provisional title match because ROSCO is the current title holder and Rican scored the second highest in last month's poll. If Rican defeats ROSCO, he will be the new title holder. However, in order for ROSCO to retain the title, he must BOTH defeat Rican AND score at least 33% on the Best Bar poll. If ROSCO defeats Rican but fails to score 33% on the poll, then whoever scores the highest on the poll (provided it's more than 33%) will be the new title holder. Only the people who win their One Bar battles will be allowed on the poll.
