Multis have ALWAYS won on LB & Ive never been sure why. I started a similar post a week ago about this.
To me Multis are just one style of rapping. Not every battle rapper hits every bar with multiple multis in real life, yet theres an expectation that we should. To me a creative punchline, great name/wordplay, personals or a good level of wit will always win. We write as apposed to freestyle, so we have time to think of these things
I enjoy reading well thought out verse as much as I do writing them & I hate when a punchline is sacrificed for a multi, yet they still get the vote
