No hate to @Godbody or @oSo Slick , I am fairly certain that the media is not showing dead bodies out of respect for the families....

I mean, I don't know about you, but pictures of the living children at Sandy Hook and elderly in Charleston who passed during extreme acts of violence are preferable to seeing there dead corpses on television.

Plus, the African Methodist Episcopal Church is insanely significant in American Civil Rights history and generally gets almost no news coverage.... why would they choose to highlight one of these congregations now if there was no incident? when they are traditionally marginalized and ignored.

It is sad that traumatic events have to be called into question due to bad media coverage. It's exactly like the 1 week coverage of the Baltimore "Riots" that lasted one day in reality, and were relatively non-violent compared to the way they were covered by the media.

I think major media networks are sensationalist in order to control the masses with fear and paranoia, but that does NOT mean these events did not occur.

Just putting in my thoughts.

This thread is as bad of a sensationalized blanket approach as the same media coverage you are criticizing... How would you go about finding real facts, when all you would do is challenge them unless they meet your bias perceptions?... Pot calling the kettle black. 100.
