This is an appropriate forum for your question. In order to be able to upload tracks and have your tracks ranked in our track rankings, you must upgrade from a basic member to an Exclusive member. Exclusive Membership may be purchased from this page (
http://www.letsbeef.com/forums/payments.php) or you may otherwise win it as an award for a term in one of our official site competitions. It comes with other benefits in addition to track uploading as explained on that page. Once you're an exclusive, you will see the option to upload MP3's on your profile page below the Advanced Skills section.
