Personally I prefer ISOpure because I'm done with the bulking phase and doing the summer cut at the moment. So since Isopure has 0 carbs and 50gms of protein, it's an ideal shake for cutting. Of course you'll have to pair it up with HIIT, that's what I do.
I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard...its low in carbs, gives you a good amount of protein, and like 5 grams of BCAA's....my mistake was not knowing shit about exercising and starting with Muscle Milk protein powder...its garbage

i've heard a lot about Isopure but never owned it myself so i cant speak on it...but 50g of protein and 0 carbs sounds pretty good. i know its more expensive too, so it depends on your budget i guess.

also multivitamins give you a good amount of energy and give you the vitamins for the day. i take this MegaMen multivitamin from GNC which gives you 400% of your daily vitamin B, so basically if you eat a heavy breakfast you're set for the day with energy
