Default Protein Shakes

Which one do yall prefer? Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey or Isopure No Carb shake? Or any other brand?

Personally I prefer ISOpure because I'm done with the bulking phase and doing the summer cut at the moment. So since Isopure has 0 carbs and 50gms of protein, it's an ideal shake for cutting. Of course you'll have to pair it up with HIIT, that's what I do.
