Imo, the good ones are (and used to be):
Gods of Lyrics
Murda Muzick
Multiville Horror
AC's

and that's about it... So...4 crews.

and a crew can also be called "not good" simply because there is one or two factors that bring the entire crew down. Like in RRR, I only see J-Reddy, Nocky and Greentipz being active. Everybody else is D-E-A-D.
