I hear you, but the consistency would improve if it were all up to the Fair Voters and there were a strict policy. Eliminate rating as a whole for everyone except the FVC. Make one thread only for links to be posted for all Fair Voters to vote upon. If a certain percentage/amount isn't reached by all voters, ones who haven't reached that quota are to be either taken out, or given an infraction/warning. Bet battles would receive more votes in general.
